From a very young age, I was a shield for the people I loved most. Growing up around domestic violence, I learned to protect before I learned anything else.

I am part of the generation born to parents who came right after the Second World War, and later lived through the Cold War. Domestic violence was part of life for many families then, though almost no one named it, and hurt that was never healed travelled down the family line.
Mine was not an isolated case, and I still know women of my generation who have not yet found the peace I found.

For years I carried an immense, invisible load, as if it was my fault. I did not talk about it. In my family we still do not, and when I open the subject, I feel the energy shift: "Let's leave the past behind."

We cannot leave behind what is still held in our body and has not yet been released. When we do not acknowledge it, we leave the door open to more of the same.

I no longer carry that load. It took me years to forgive, and I have never forgotten. I am a speaker and an advocate against domestic violence, because no one can stand against something they will not name. Overcoming it is something to celebrate.

I left that world in my late twenties, by myself, to pursue higher education in North America.

What I did not yet know is that a wound from childhood can quietly shape who we choose to love.

I thought I had found my complete love story, my true love. That ended in divorce due to infidelity. It broke me to the core. I felt there was nothing left of me, of my life. I became just a shadow of who I was.

What I didn't know then was that this moment was the beginning of my transformation, of me choosing myself before choosing
any man.

Today I live from a place of self-love, peace of mind, joy and happiness. I know what it costs a woman to lose herself in love. And I know what it feels like to find the way back. That is what I am here to help you do.

In most cases, there is a drive behind a high-achieving woman like you. That drive often emerges from childhood, from the early need to protect, to prove, to hold everything together.

You can build a successful professional life, even make millions, when your motive is organic and aligned with who you are at your essence.

When the drive comes from pushing through, striving and making it happen, you slip into your masculine side. You reach high achievement and eventually find yourself empty inside.

That is why you can succeed almost everywhere and still find love painful and confusing.

Looking back, I realized that I come from generations of women who worked hard, struggled, and put in so much effort. Giving and giving and giving and getting very little back.

I am here to lend a voice to women who are afraid to voice their feelings and deepest wants and wishes, afraid of losing their men, but instead paying the price for losing themselves.

I am here to open the gate to your self-rediscovery and to the opportunity to reclaim your feminine power.

My work helps you save time and heartbreak, build self-esteem and self-love, and create and sustain thriving relationships where the man and the woman are aligned with each other.

I am a certified love and relationship coach, trained by Rori Raye.

I'm trained in relationship coaching and currently training in transformational facilitation itself. My work isn't about adding new rules or roles on top of who you are.

It's about unbecoming everything you were shaped into by family and society, so you can return to the woman you were always meant to be: worthy of love, adoration, joy, and wealth, exactly as you were born.

I spent more than 20 years in the corporate world as a high-achieving woman, working alongside other high-achieving professionals. I know how it feels to succeed everywhere except in love.

My focus is helping you choose wiser: not attracting love in general, but choosing the right man, from wholeness.

I love healthy masculine men. I also believe we, as women, are not rehabilitation centers for unhealthy masculine men.

Each of us is responsible for attending to our own unhealed wounds, so that two people can join in union from wholeness.

We were born whole, with a divine essence. Along the way we heard, and were led to believe, that we are not enough: not smart enough, not beautiful enough, not anything enough. Our divine essence is still our essence, no matter what anyone has tried to make us believe. Choosing wiser is returning to that wholeness.

I am not teaching theory. I am walking the path with you, because I have walked it myself.

I serve high-achieving women globally, online, wherever in the world you are.

My name is everything I lived and learned. This is the work I was made for.

If you or someone you love is living with domestic violence, support is available. Please reach out to a local support service or
emergency number in your country.
