Who I am I am Crina Wiser, and I run Crina Wiser Coaching. You can reach me at coachcrinawiser@gmail.com. What you share with me stays with me, and this page explains how I handle your information.
What I collect
Contact form: your name, email address and the message you write.
Booking a discovery call: your name, email and your answers to the short questions on the booking form. Bookings go through Calendly.
Emails and free guide: your name and email, if you sign up for my newsletter or for the free guide "8 Steps for Choosing Wiser."
Website visits: basic information such as pages visited and device type, collected by Squarespace Analytics.
Why I collect it I use your information to reply to you, to prepare for a call with you, to send you what you asked for, and to improve my website. I do not sell your information.
Who can see it I can see it. Squarespace and Calendly process it on my behalf under their own privacy policies. I share your information with no one else unless the law requires it.
Newsletter If you sign up for my newsletter or the free guide, I use Squarespace to send it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
Coaching conversations What you share in coaching sessions is kept confidential. Coaching is not therapy and does not replace medical or mental health care.
How long I keep it I keep your information for as long as I need it to work with you or answer your message, and then for 24 months, unless the law requires longer.
Your choices You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or to remove you from my email list at any time. Write to coachcrinawiser@gmail.com and I will reply within two business days.
Cookies My website uses cookies, including those used by Squarespace Analytics, to work properly and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
Changes If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top.
